i'm writing a one direction fan fiction too, do u have any advice as to how to get followers, how to get your story out, and such? (:

I just read the prologue and it' sounds like it's going to be a wonderful story(: When I started writing, it was the time that fanfictions and stories were taking over the website so it was much easier for me to get a start. The best way to get followers and get your story out is just to post long chapters and often. The more often you post the more attention you get because people hate waiting for updates. To get your story out the best thing to do is make friends with other story accounts and have them give you shout outs in their author notes. It gets your name out to people with the interest of reading a fanfiction. If I were you, I WOULDN'T SPAM PEOPLE asking them to read it, it just annoys everyone and it might work for a few people but a lot will just ignore it and may block you for spam. I hope this helped!

That is completely up to you. In the story I'm writing right now, Hey, We're Taking On The World, the original is full of curse words and so when I transfer it from WattPad on here, I change the word to something Witty believes is appropriate. What you should do to cover the original word I guess is entirely preference. I usually change it unless there is no other word that will fit there

Hey! I am here to tell you everything;)
Kay so at 1:30, I got to the venue with my friend Kaena. The gates opened at 6 and the concert started at 7:30. We thought the line would be small but oh my god. It was huge!!! So we joined the back of the line and talked to some girls and then I saw one of my friends way up the line so we went and joined them. We made so many friends it was so great :') so we were in line for 6 hours and we finally got let in, my friend and I were third from the very front!! It was so incredible. And then...I fainted. The mosh pit was actually scary. It was so so so so so cramped. So after I woke up my friend was trying to lead us out but no one was moving out the way so she yelled 'MOVE OUT THE FUC*ING WAY YOU DI*KS!!' (Haha) and everyone moved and we got out and I burst into tears and fainted again. (Mind you this was 15 minutes after we got let in and 1 hours before the support act even started!) I couldn't breathe and I was so dizzy and ugh. So anyway we say down at the back of the mosh and then it finally started! It was. So. Loud. Jesus. Christ. Literally it was 48 hours ago and I still have ringing in my ears and I can't hear properly. And yep it was a while into the act and I got a bit bored (not really) and so I threw my glow sticks on stage and two of them hit Michael and he laughed and said into his mic 'good aim whoever that was' and then I screamed and he saw me and he laughed cos he realised that I threw it and then I sort of dies b/c he noticed me. And there was this part where Luke said to cal 'wow you're really quiet tonight' and cal was like 'yeah I'm just a bit disappointed that no ones naked yet.' Hahahah and then yeah they told us that we were definitely the best crowd an that we topped Melbourne by far.
There was this really cute part where everyone turned on the flash on their phones and was swaying to I Miss You and it was gorgeous. And then out came the beach balls and that was fun. And then OMG OMG we turned around from where we were standing and we saw calums mum!!!!! We got a photo with her and then we have her a box of Cheerios (cos they like Cheerios) and we wrote our twitter and stuff all over it and she said she'd give it to cal!! Asdfghjkl. Okay this is getting pretty long now. So at the end yeah Michael waved at me again *le dead* and then it was over :( it was literally so good and Ashton and lukey pulled down their pants :):$!;$;$/@/'idiwknrjr OMq help. But ah it was magical :) anyway hope this isn't too long!! Cxxxxx

Hey, sorry if I'm annoying you but I'm starting to actually write entries for my book(Journal for the Hopeless). So I've written a couple things over a variety of topics, but I'm running into a problem of.... Perspective? Like I'm writing as if I'm just holding a one way conversation and at times I'm making it personal. Not in an all about me way but more as a "yes, I have gone through this" type way. Would you, as a reader, like this and find it easier to connect with, or would you find it off putting?

Hello! I feel as if I haven't talked to you in forever! Which to be honest in a totally not creppy way saddens me. So I know you don't get on as frequently as you used to, but I wondering if you had any time if you would be able to help me with my story(TL.TC.TL., not the book). I'm kind of struggling with some things and I don't know if you are still reading my story or not (If not I'm not mad or upset or anything, I would completely understand) but you still have amazing ideas and i'd love your advice!

Hey! Okay so I've been working on a couple poems recently about self harming (cutting to be specific) and I can't remember if you personally have struggled with that, but I know you know people who do so I'm hoping maybe you'll be able to help.
So I apologize if any of my questions seem really stupid, I just want to make sure I understand everything instead of just pretending I do. Okay so people who cut, do they not want to stop? Do they want to but are unable to? I understand its an addiction but i'm asking more on the whats going on in their mind aspect of it if that makes sense haha

I did self harm but not cutting, I rubberbanded (when you keep a rubberband aroubd you wrist and whenever bad thoughts come you snap the band or you strech it and like rub it back and forth, it hurts like hell but doesnt leave scars) When people do cut, they do it for relief so their physical. Pain can out weigh the mental. After it happens once they realize it makes them feel better and so they don't want to stop. After a while it just becomes a normal thing and whenever something bad happens your first instinct is to take away the pain. After a while when the person realizes all the negitivity the the self harming is doing they try to stop but can't. It's like quitting a drug, even if you want to you it's going to take time. I hope this helped!

You've helped a ton! Okay so if I were to use the lines "The pain so piercing/And yet so releasing" that would be accurate? And when they want to stop but can't, do they not feel like they are strong enough to? Thats the line I'm currently using ("I know you think you're not strong enough to stop") is that right? If not do you have any suggestions? Pretty much I'm just trying to show that at that moment they aren't able to stop even though they want to.

Both those lines would be completely accurate. When you want to stop but you can't you just feel hopeless and weak because you can no longer have the control over it. Idk if that just made sense

It made perfect sense to me haha okay so does that lead to an endless cycle of sorts? Where like they want to stop but they can't and that leads them to self harm again? Do you get what I mean when I say that? Like it all ends up being a vicious cycle of self harming

Yeah like knowing that you can't stop just stresses you which could trigger it

Okay so what goes through your mind when you have an eating disorder? Like is it a gradual through process? Like 'oh i could probably lose a couple pounds" and over time it gets to the point of an eating disorder? Or is it within a smaller window of time?

It starts as just not being happy with your body and seeing pictures of models and famous girls who are complete twigs and then you just want to look like them and so you just gradually start eating less and whenever you eat a lot or you eat something unhealthy then you just feel so disgusted with yourself and that process keeps happening until you start to feel comfortable with yourself

is there ever internal conflict? Like you know you can eat more then what you are but at the same time you won't let yourself? Like you know and maybe even want to but you can't physically force yourself too? i don't know if that made any sense or not but hopefully you get what i'm trying to ask

In the beginning you know you can eat more but you don't want to but the longer you do it the less and less you eat until your eating these tiny portions and you only eat a few bites and then your full
