Some people are so ridiculous on this website, omg. So someone didn't follow you on a quote site, calm down, it has nothing to do with you. Heckie, people can be so annoying.

I just, I'm honestly laughing. It really is the age difference between myself and most of witty. 20 to like 15 is a huge gap in maturity levels.

If someone is scared, their heart rate accelerates which can lead to labored breathing. And, since they're in a state of panick, they could be hyperventilating. Tossing a flight of stairs into the mix really just makes it more prominent because of the physical exertion.
Lesson to be learned: never go to bed hungry.
