how long until someone realizes you're depressed,
til they realize there is pain in your eyes,
til they can see your empty,
and that your dead inside

Falling apart physically and emotionally on the inside.

It's just horrible.
Realizing I'm everything I once wasn't.
I am no longer a sweet innocent little girl.
All that's left is the shell of a teenager who saw reality and all the darkness that lies in it.

I looked into her eyes and swore I could see her world falling apart.

I wanted to tell you. I was going to tell you. But I didn't want to stress you out.

Some days I feel like giving up, but then I remember; Greece, England, there is a whole world out there. A whole world that I haven't been able to explore yet. That's what keeps me going.

I want to be skinny. I keep telling myself, "Do it for you. So you don't feel fat and uncomfortable in school." Yet I keep giving up on myself.
