And I understand everyone has insecurities, I have a ton, but I don't use them to bring others down.

And I've never put her down. It's just that she treats how friendship as if it's nothing sometimes, okay? I care about this chick a ton. And she has friends that love her to pieces, but she says no one cares about her when I and her other friends have always been there to listen.

Yea, that's what my best friend did to me. But trust me.. even though she may have good qualities it makes it hard for you to be You, I completely understand where you are coming from. Some people try to bring everyone around them down to where they are. Wherever she may be. But to be honest. You shouldn't always have to center your world around her to make her feel better and you feel worse! Go out be make friends with people who honestly want what's best for you and don't always talk about themselves and listens to your problems all night when you need it and you do the same, it shouldn't be a one way friendship, ever. I heard that the friends you hang around with influence you more than anyone because you have to change for them or they won't be your friend. That's why I stopped being friends with the one's that brought me down and made my insecurities worse only to make theirs better. I don't know you or your friends but to be honest. . I know what that situation was like.. I even staid best friends with her through everything, I looked stupid and crazy for being friends with such a 'loser' (their words not mine) but to me she was someone good. With a heart. Idk anymore to be honest. But I hope you make a good decision not for her, but for you. Because maybe she is the kind that only seeks attention and that will honestly bring you down ..
