Chapter Three
 

Then I was out. That was the last thing I remember before everything went all black. I have no idea what just happened…all I know is I wasn’t breathing, I couldn’t hear, I couldn’t see, I couldn’t talk, and I couldn’t feel my heart beating. SHOCK! Ow…what was that?! SHOCK! OW there it was again. Then all the sudden I was breathing again and I could hear, and see and talk again! Was I just dead? That was the scariest thing I ever just faced in my whole entire life! My gosh…for 20 minutes…I was…d…d…dead. I opened my eyes and I just saw Jamie sitting in the chair crying and saying “she’s dead…she’s really dead…I…I can’t breathe…I need to be with her…she’s….she’s….she’s dead.” I could tell what Jamie was really thinking. It was suicide. Then at that moment I said his name. He looked up at me with shocked, startled eyes. “Chrystal…you’re ALIVE!” “Was I….” “Yeah…Chrystal you scared me! I thought I lost you for good!” “I know haha you were crying like a little baby” “I was not crying like a baby” “Sure you weren’t….I’ll let you think that” “Thanks, I love you; don’t leave me…ever please” “Okay I won’t haha but what if I like…die of a heart attack I can’t help that” “OH just shut up Chrystal” I put my pointer finger and thumb together and crossed them across my lips like I was locking my lips with a key. That got a good laugh out of him, I felt better now that he actually laughed and didn’t fake it. *** That night Jamie took me to Chipotle for dinner. I got a vegetarian burrito as did Jamie. We are both vegetarians obviously. On the car ride back to Jamie’s house I fell asleep, even though I had slept like practically all day I was still tired. Jamie must have carried me into the spare bedroom in his house because I know I was out like in deep sleep…wow that’s sad…that’s my first thought this morning. I went and looked in the mirror…he must have put my emo layered, dirty blond, hair up in a pony tail too. Eww I need to fix my makeup. Right at that moment Jamie stepped into the room “Morning sleeping beauty. Did you have a good night sleep?” “Yeah I guess. How about you?” “Yeah I couldn’t fall asleep till like 6am though…you know we were out till 2am right?” “What?! We were? Was your mom mad?” “No she was cool with it.” “Hey, I’m gonna go shower now soo…umm yeah.” Just then I realized I didn’t have extra clothes. Ugh now I gotta go home to my hair wrecking mother’s house and get clothes…great. That just puts the cherry on top of a perfect day.

-He plays football, baseball, and basketball. he's amazing at all of them.
