A Turn of Events

Jenny continued to live her life. It was mostly the same except it was missing Nick. They talked on certain occasions. They had cruised around town in his Jeep a couple times. But he still wanted to be with Nicole. Jenny had kind of accepted that.

One day, Nicole was texting Tonya. She was hanging out with Nick. They were cruising around town. They were just catching up on things. Then Nicole had to go.

Next, Jenny texted Tonya.
"Hey!"
"Hey, what's up?" Tonya replied.
"Oh nothing. Just gettin ready."
"Oh yea? For what?"
"Well. I'm goin to hang out with Nick :)"
"Wait a second," Tonya thought.
"Really?"
"Yea! I'm so excited," Jenny clulessly said.
"Jenny.. Somethin isn't right. I think you and Nicole need to talk.."
"I don't want to talk to her. Why?"
"Because things aren't matching up. I think you two will figure it out."

So Jenny texted Nicole and they figured out he was hanging out with both of them. They got real angry and started to yell at him. Both of them said they weren't going to see him or talk to him anymore. They both said they were done. But one of them wasn't. This turn of events didn't change anything for her. Nothing was going to get in her way.
