Got my dad out of the way.
Now to talk to Sammi & see what her problem is with Alex, because I can't have my best friend hating someone I might actually be into.
"Hey, can you meet me at the libary in about 15 mins?" I texted to her.
"Sure, see ya there!" She replied.
"Mom, I'm gonna go to the libary with Sammi for a little while, I'll be home in about an hour, okay?" I yelled from the front door.
"That's fine sweetie, be careful!" She says back.
"Will do!"
So I started for the libary.
When I got there Sammi was already inside, on 1 of the computers looking up something.
"Hey girly" she said as I walked up to her.
"Hey. Whatcha looking up?" I asked.
"Oh, something for some project Mr Dan said I've gotta do. Pretty lame" she said.
"Oh fun, so I kinda wanna ask you something about earlier, about Alex.. Why was you being so rude about me being with him?" I ask, curiously.
"I don't really like him, I mean, he's just some little loner punk looking to become popular." She says, seem a little annoyed.
"I don't think so. He seems really sweet to me, you really need to get to know him. He's not as bad as you think."
"I don't know about that, I don't think he's really worth it." she says.
"Look, you're my bestfriend & I like him, so I don't see why you won't do this 1 thing for me. I really like him & he likes me, so if you was any friend you'd want me to be happy." I snapped back.
"I do care about you, I love you girl, you've been my bestfriend since we was little. That's why I'm trying to protect you from getting hurt." she said, now looking up at me.
"Well, I don't think he's gonna hurt me. Please just give him a chance, for me." I say, with my puppy dog eyes.
"Fine, but 1 thing wrong & I'm not gonna be nice no more. Simple." She said, turning back to the computer.
"Thank you Sammi.. I really hope you can realize who he really is." I said.
So I sat down in the chair next to her & turned on the computer in front of me & started playing some games.
Plus now chatting with her about her project.
