“So, Kelc. Need some help with those
bags?”, he asked as he flashed one of his amazing smiles at me.
I nodded as I took one of my bags and he took the other. I lead
him up the stairs. “Look out the window.”, he directed
after we had put my clothes away. I looked out the window and saw
my pool, trampoline, and next to it all Justin’s little home.
“Tour?”, I smiled at him. “Indeed.”, he smiled
back at me. We walked down the stairs out the door and into his
door. “Well, this is the living room.”, he began to say.
“Oh shut up.”, I laughed as I plopped down on the couch.
“Woah,
woah,
woah!
Don’t sass me.”, he laughed back. I rolled my eyes playfully.
“Well, miss Kelc.. I heard you’ve got some skills in video
games.”, he said looking me after a couple minutes
of silence. “And where did you hear this from?”, I asked with
a smile as he handed me a remote. “Dontcha worry about
that.”, he said looking at me. We played for a
while and I won after what seemed like forever. “I won!”, I
said laughing as I got up and did my victory dance. I felt like
regretting it, but with him I could be myself I don’t know why
but I could. He sat back on the couch and started giggling
quietly. I paused to look at him. I pointed at my lips and looked
at him. He looked back at me with a smile as he stood up. “I
don’t know Kelc, this seems to soon.”, he laughed sarcastically.
“Fine I don’t want one anymore.”, I said pouting. Justin put
his arms around my waist and pulled me in closer. “Are you
sure?”, he smiled. “Yes!”, I answered him. He leaned down
and kissed me. We kissed for a while, it was good because we
haven’t kissed in a while. He pulled back and smiled at me. I
sat back down on the couch. We talked for hours and hours, it was
the best. Laughter kept filling the air, every 3 seconds I swear.
Just like the first night we talked. “I should go home
now.”,
I said smiling at him. He looked confused. “I don’t want to
rush into things anymore, I’m a big girl. I can handle it in
that house by myself.”, I said reassuring him. He nodded and
walked me to the backdoor of my dad’s house.
“Goodnight.”, he smiled at me.
“Night.”, I said as I opened the door. “Wait,
Kelc!”,
Justin said catching my attention as I stepped inside the house.
I turned to face him. “Yes?”, I said looking at his soft
face. “Can I kiss you good night?”, he asked smiling. I
nodded and walked over to him. He kissed me softly, we said good
bye again and I headed upstairs. I got in the shower and then I
got into my pajamas. I fell into bed and it felt amazing to be in
my own bed again. But I missed hearing Chelsea snore softly all
night. I laid down and starred at the ceiling for a while.
Shortly after it started raining. The rain calmed me down a lot
faster than anything else could have. Suddenly the rain got
louder, harder, and a whole lot faster. Thunder and lightning
followed. It was getting really loud, and I started freaking out.
The thunder kept getting louder, every time it did it reminded me
that I’m all alone in this huge house.
