All I can tell you is I've done it, well I do it and I regret it every single time! I honestly know what you're going through but if I could start again I wouldnt have marked my body. I hate having to go everyday hiding my cuts from my friends and family but worst of all my mum! I couldn't imagine the look on her face if she found out. Please just stay strong :) xx

Cutting is like an addiction its hard to stop so don't start. It might feel good at first but the scars aren't worth it in the long run
