I'm so sorry you had to go through that, I wouldn't know, but it's probably the worst feeling.

Just try to think of tomorrow as a new day, your new fresh start and know that the rest of the week doesn't have to be terrible because of that one panic attack.

Please, for me, a total stranger (that still cares about your wellbeing) don't cut yourself again. Don't give into the urge, you'll respect yourself so much more after you have acknowledged that it's something you desperately want to do, but don't, because you know how bad it is for you.
