I'm Kristina and I'm fourteen years old (:

I've always been told that I'm thin now, but it's not going to last forever..
And it might be true, but it made me feel like complete crap and I started hating my body and not wanting to eat anything.

BUT, I love food a LOT. I think it's a very important part of life, I think someone who doesn't eat well will have that affect their mood considerably.

On September 4TH, 2013, I decided to make a change.
I decided that I'd work to keep and enhance my body to what makes me happy.
So on this witty I'll be posting my favourite healthy foods and recipes, my daily exercises, motivation, and a daily diary INCLUDING the times I let myself go.

I'm not working on my body only, I'm also working on clearing my skin and just generally feeling comfortable in my own skin (:


I'm also here to help you guys, so if you have any questions/requests or anything of that sort, just ask (:



I don't go to the gym, so this is all at home with NO EQUIPMENT needed! (:

oh my goodness this is possibly my favourite quote i've ever come across on witty. i try not to take school for granted because there are lots who don't have an education, but like you i believe its done all wrong. i go to one of the best schools in the uk and i am very bright, but compared to the rest of them im crap. almost everyone in my school wants to do law or become a doctor or something like that, and when i say i want do go to art college they're like ''sounds interesting...'' and i much prefer learning things from my own books or tv than sitting in a class full of idiots.

sorry about the questions but what are single leg raises and crunches (abs reverse crunches? )? I thought crunches were sit ups. also, don't bread and bagels have carbs? you said avoid carbs after meals. again, sorry for the questions!

I don't know what a lot of these mean.
what are lateral steps and pulls? what are slow rocking butt kickers? difference between bodyweight squats and normal squats? (I have never really exercised before. ever.)

I think bodyweight squats are normal squats and then the squats and jumps are where you go down in a squat and come up in a jump but i could be wrong

Bacon is good if you have it for breakfast, actually (: Just avoid it being.. fried *-* As for a snack, you can have the eggs with wholewheat bread or something. It isn't the healthiest thing, but you get to allow yourself a splurge once a week c:

I have feta with tomato a lot as well! &As for the exercises, these are cardio warm-ups. Cardio is supposed to leave you so breathless that you can't talk ;o if not.. you're doing it wrong!

as for breathing though, i know it can be really annoying to be breathless, so just avoid shallow breathing, have a controlled pace of deep breaths. I won't be putting running up on the page because not everyone can just go out to run, but when I run, I have a controlled pace, like 1,2,3 steps - breathe in 1,2 breathe out, so on so forth (:

Girrrrl, you're beautiful and perfect the way you are. Weight is just a number. It shouldn't describe who you are! I would accept you just the way you are :)

GORGEOUS, It's NOT about how much you weight! Weight is B.S. I weight 137lbs/62kg, and I'm not really fat at all, and I find that I got to that weight when I started working out, and I'm reaching my GOAL weight. The scale takes you NOWHERE. It's about being happy with your body, NOT the number on the scale!

5'7, 141, 17 years old. I want a flat stomach, not boney. I also hate how big my thighs are! Am I the only one scrolling down and thinking wtf when you see how much everyone else weighs? Psh I'd be beyond happy being 5'6 and 114 like the girl below me :(
