Fat Blasting
Workout
Here is the workout that I am using to lose weight. Remember
that cardio is required to burn fat. Doing a ton of exercises
for certain areas will not help you lose weight. You could do
300 crunches everyday and the weight and fat will not go away.
It will just build muscle underneath your fat. Start off with
this cardio workout and once you reach your goal weight then
you can target toning areas. :)
30 Jumping Jacks
5 Burpees
20 Squats
30 Crunches
10 Standing Calf Raises
30 Mountain Climbers
5 Kneeling Push Ups
5 Seated Dips
1 minute Jumping Rope
20 Lunges
5 Burpees
30 Vertical Leg Crunches
15 Squats
40 Russian Twists
20 Mountain Climbers
30 second Wall Sit
Finish it off with a 1 minute plank.

101
What is metabolism?
The rate you burn the calories you consume.
Tips:
Any movement burns metabolism, even fidgeting.
Every increase in body temperature increases your metabolism by
14%.
Eating protein also increases metabolism.
When you sleep your metabolic rate decreases by 10%, but you
still need sleep!
When you don't eat or drink for 12 hours or more, your
metabolism decreases by 40%.
It is genetic, so people have really good metabolism and some
people don't.
Adequate sleep helps regulate your metabolism.
You can control it by:
~Exercising
~Eating steadily throughout the day
~Staying hydrated
~Consuming healthy foods and foods with high fiber
content.
Just remember this simple
equation.
Burn more calories than you consume = losing weight.
Exercising daily and eating right will help you lose weight.
It's not magic, it's science.

Why Water?
For my first diet tip I wanted to share the health and weight
loss benefits of drinking water. Part of losing weight is to
add water to your diet. Here are some reasons why...
Supresses your diet.
People who drink water daily are usually less hungry and will
eat less and therefore lose weight.
Helps reduce your
cholesterol.
Reducing cholesterol makes you slim down faster.
Helps tone your
muscles.
If your muscles are dehydrated you won't see any toning, no
matter how much you exercise.
Necessary for proper
digestion.
The digestive system requires so much fresh water a day to
work, and if you are short of this, then you will feel bloated
and tired.
Helps the liver to
function.
The liver metabolizes fat, which is super important when you
are trying to lose weight.
Flushes out toxins.
Makes your body cleaner and healthier. Which will help you get
in shape faster.
To live a healthier lifestyle you need to drink 8 cups of water
a day. For some that may be hard, for me too. So start off slow
and go one cup at a time until you reach 8. I hope this helped.
