Figured out how to make layouts. Made a witty account for them; CityLightsLayouts. Made a website too, but may take a while to open any pre-made layouts. The first layout I've made is on my regular witty; imthebitchXjenny. Check it out(:
1.) Picture link- Give me a link to the picture you'd like.
2.) Theme- If not a link, tell me a theme. (love, converse, dancing, ext.)
3.) Colors- Any specific colors?
4.) Borders- Rounded, regular, musuem matte, or drop shadow?
5.) Names- Would you like your real name, or witty name on it?
6.) Quotes- Any quotes you'd like on the picture?
7.) Have the word "Golden" somewhere in your request. So I know you have read all the rules.

2.) Do not start a fight if you don't like your fan art. Simply tell me nicely and I'll start it all over.
3.) You can still request if it says"Requests closed." I just won't make it right away. I'll make it when requests are open again.
4.) Do not argue about the credit on your fan art. I will like people to know I make fan art, too.
5.) Request up to 5 fan arts, that is it per person!
6.) If you follow me, I'd gladly make you a free fan art :)
7.) If you request wrongly from 1/15/10 on, your comment will be deleted and I will comment you saying what you commented wrongly with.

Just like love as the themee..then my favorite color is hot pinkk, & idrk what border to do...so likee if you have an idea go ahead! & i don't want my witty or real name on it..& can it say "I wasn't looking for love, until the day I met you, <3" thankkks sooo super duper much! Golden (:
