lol you sound like my best friend. She was quiet and she always wouldnt stick up for herself in fear of hurting others feelings which i totally understand. If you want to stay her friend that's cool, but maybe you should just sit and talk to her and say straight out "you don't treat me like a best friend." Or just simply stay "stop" if she puts you in an awkward situation where she puts you down. She may be self concious and is hiding behind you. Do you get what Im saying?
