Sometimes I feel the same way, then I see food and I'm all "EAT IT ALL" but seriously eating nothing will make you gain weight because your body thinks it's being starved (it is) so it stores away a ton of fat. Is better to eat a small healthy breakfast, a small lunch, and a small dinner with no snacks except water. I've been doing this and already lost two pounds in a week :)
Well I usually eat an all natural cereal or make a fruit smoothie, lunches are normally half a sandwich, and dinner is lots of different stuff. But I try to eat smaller portions than I used to, although today I ate a ton of snacks lol
No problem! And here's a smoothie recipe that boosts metabolism and energy
1 banana (cut up and freeze before hand)
1 scoop of peanut butter (I use a big scoop)
Fill with some milk, probably about 2 cups?
1 scoop of yogurt, optional
If you have strawberries you can toss some in, not needed
And fill in the rest of the space with baby spinach! You cant taste it, but it's really healthy

No, just untill you retire, then you can have the joy of old people homes and eat prunes and chicken and have your grand kids visit you and you won't have to clean your room because you will be old, you have peasants do it for you.
