Jockers are:
people who steal others qoutes without changing the formant of giving any sort of credit. They usually don't feel confident enough to make their own qoutes and or don't feel they have enough creativity.

We're here to recognize jockers, so you guys are able to determine
whos qoutes are whos.We are NOT trying to overthrough Steve, and admire and respect him for his hard work for witty.
We are not in any way shape or form afficiated with the "Hall_Of_Fame"
The point of this account is not to humiliate jockers, just to recognize these jockers
for their rude and ILLEAGAL acts.
Doing so, you guys will know to watch out for these jockers and know not to favorite some of their quotes. We do have other Witty accounts, however we do not feel like getting hate from
other users, so this account will remain annonymus for now.
We will forgive the jockers, but WILL NOT and we repeat
WILL NOT take them off of the Hall Of Shame. Even if you delete your jocked qoute, apologize, spam, harass, or play a part in any other rude act, you will still remain on the Hall Of Shame list.  Its the price you pay for jocking in the first place. It would be greatly appreceated for you guys to send us any suspected jockers that you have. We will continue to update the account with new jockers as soon as
