Will I lose stomach and thigh fat by doing what I'm doing? Okay
so i have dealt with anorexia in the past. I lost a bunch of
weight and over the course of a year, i have been able to gain
the weight back and maintain it. Since its getting close to
summer, I want to lose some stomach and thigh fat. If i eat no
more than 1000 calories a day (full of healthy foods like fruits,
veggies, chicken, and a limited amount of carbs) ,
1. how fast can i start to see the fat gone?
I weight 110 pounds and I'm 5'4", so its not too much that i have
to get rid of. Well once i lose the fat and i start eating more,
i know i would start to gain weight back. But what i want to do
is work out more so that i can start at a low body fat, eat more,
and get toned.
2. Will that work?
And please don't tell me not to do this. I need legit advice.
