Usually, I'll usually start talking to people that sit next/or at my table. Usually that's the easiest way. Maybe start talking about the class or something going around school. Then your conversation will broaden and eventually you'll become friends of you have things in common c:

Neither am I. But when you make friends in high school, and you widen your group of friends with different people, you'll realize that high school is actually really fun. I learned that the past two weeks. I've made a few new friends, and it is just to much better now. c: but I totally know what you mean. It's sometimes REALLY hard for me to socialize.

Lol. I get out of school early for first semester, because I dont have a last period and there are a lot of upperclassmen and I made friends with them, so none of the other people bother me. I suggest the same for you c: try to make friends and it'll make it a whole lot easier. c:

The upperclassmen are really nice at my school. I kinda like it but it's a really big change from junior high. :c
