I am depressed because i have little time left to save a friendship with my dear dear friend who i love so much, she is like my mini, litterally. I just wish she knew that i do honestly care about her a lot, and i dont know what else to do because we both have other stuff going on in our life and i just want everything to be back the way it was and normal again, i just wish she knew that im still here and holding on and we will always be sisters.

different people are depressed for different reasons. i think part of the reason is because of the media and society pressuring people to be things that not everyone can be. people make it seem like there is one way to be, and that's it if you want to be worth anything. also, people these days really just want to be cared about or loved, and others caught up in their own lives don't pay them attention. and theres also a lot of bullying but nowadays people don't have a clear idea of what bullying is. i had to tell one of my friends, Dani, to stop bullying these really nice kids and she said, "It's not bullying, what i'm telling them is true." she was totally oblivious to the fact that she was hurting them and she still is. all the world needs is some nice people who can show some care to everyone and less people might become depressed.
i've been through similar things but luckily found people to get my through, and because of that i try my best to really give everyone some care and love.

Depression in teens is taking over, and it's a lot because of this fast paced world. It should do with the mind, but I feel like it's because people are so caught up in their own lives that nobody stops and takes time to say i love you every once in a while.
Kavya, a girl who sincerly wishes depression would dissappear.
