He walked out of my life he told my friend that I was "the girl version of him, that I was perfect." Now I just want to know why he walked out of my life with out telling me, and telling my friends...

You’ll never ever know how much u meant to me U put a smile on my face just by calling me 'babe''beautiful''love'U were always there when I needed to vent when I was sad We were going to move in a flat in London when we got older U gave me butterflies U made me feel worth it.  Why'd u tell me I was ur one less lonely girl? Why’d u walk out? What'd I do? What'd I say? Why'd u tell my friends that u left & not me? More importantly why'd u tell them not to tell me,& act like they didn't know?
