Me too! I'm so freaking scared! I'm going from a insanely small middle school to a high school with over 4,000 and I don't know anybody

Highschool's not that bad. Just do your homework and pay attention in class. And choose good friends. They people you choose to associate with now will forever affect how you will be in years to come.

hmm im going to be a Senior so heres some advice : don't act like your older then you really are, that just makes it even more obvious that you're a freshmen... and don't act obnoxious, rude, or act like you're better then everyone else... don't ditch your REAL friends just to hang out with others who will turn out to be someone there not... and just be yourself odds are you'll meet some upperclassman who are really chill people who won't mind helping you out.. but beware of the upperclassman guys sometimes they just like messing with the freshmen girls.. hope this helps and good luck, you'll enjoy highschool :)

Stay true to yourself. high school will change you. I let high school get the best of me.... Im going to be a junior and I've done alot of things I regret, but by now I realized who I want to be and im trying to build myself to be that person. Everything takes time. Please focus on your school work it's so much more important than drama or boys. And it will be 100% worth it if you do. Don't even bother with guys they seriously suck. Stay pure and have fun at the same time. Give your teachers good first impressions cause there's no second chances or dueovers for that. Just be yourself don't leg any

Everyone is scared of High school, even if it's in a small town (like me...) - Honestly, it's not that bad. Just don't let what other people say bother you. Don't be afraid to try out new things. If it feels like too much you always have witty! - Try not to get into trouble, and don't do things because of peer pressure, because that will get you nowhere. BE YOURSELF :)

even though the school seems huge, by the end of the year, it'll seem tiny. trust me, at the beginning of my freshman year I was always lost, but by the end of the year I could probably have drawn a map of the building. And just be yourself, be friendly, outgoing, and respectful, don't do drugs or drink or smoke (trust me. at my school almost half of the people do drugs but no one thinks they're cool), and don't obnoxiously stand in a crowd by the lockers, because most likeley, someone will always be trying to get to their locker through the crowd. mostly people like me. because there was a popular girl whose locker was next to mine. :/ lol have fun!!

I agree below. I was a freshman last year. It really isn't that bad, dont be afraid to ask TEACHERS for directions and high school is MUCH better than middle school, believe me, less drama. but lots of kissing in the hallways haha

Its not as bad as you'll expect it to be! Im lucky because my home town is tiny so the elementary middle school and highschool are all together, so I pretty much grew up with everyone. But if your schools big, just try to be really nice to everyone and talk to people to make friends! It won't be as bad as you think, hun.

everyone gets scared :) it's really not as big of a deal as everyone makes it out to be. Just study a map if you have one, and find out the day before or something where your classes are, that way you know where you're going.

i don't have any advice, but i'm also going to be a freshman this year and i'm on the same boat as you... i'm super scared! best of luck(: i'm sure you'll do great!
