you need to know 

that when you self harm, you are not the only one who 

gets hurt.

I know over 20 people who have self harmed in  

some way and a few of them do it often .


Every time I get 'the text' saying 'I've cut. I'm so sorry.' my

entire body drops and I go numb. I can't concentrate in lessons

because I'm too busy trying to think of ways to stop my friends

hurting. I'm not saying that what they are going through isn't hard

on them , just that they are not the only ones who get hurt

through cutting. So please, if you want to self harm,

think about your friends before you do it.

Do you really want to put them through all that pain and

worrying?
