i know what you mean. I try to be as happy as possible around him but then when he leaves I'm like mega sad. I can't pretend all the time. If I act happy though I know that eventually i will be happy, And there is nothing better than that(:

To get skinny (or better, just plain healthy) : don't stop eating in general, start by replacing junk food with healthy food, and start exercising. start with just a little bit each day of exercising, and work your way up to 30 minutes to an hour of exercise a day. and get creative, look up tasty healthy snacks and fun exercises on google so that you wont get bored and give up. if you want to lose weight and be healthy, thats the way to do it. starving yourself will only do damage to your organs, make you tired, exhausted, cranky, and upset all the time. its not worth it.
