September,
October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May,
June. 10
months; one whole school year. One whole grade gone by.
One whole year of your life
taken away. One whole grade of drama, boys, crying,
worrying, and dances. One whole year of thinking and having
homework every night. One whole year of school. Dreadful, dreadful
school. But that whole year; leads up to a mystery. A mystery of
everything. A mystery of tomorrow, a mystery of next week.
But; be aware. Those
two very important months of sunshine, beaches, relaxing and doing
nothing, can turn into nightmares. Wishes and nightmares. So use
it wisely because you can’t go back and fix the past when
you’re headed toward the future. Think ‘I’ll do
this today. I can do this.’ Not ‘I’ll wait until
next time. I can’t now.’ Tomorrow is not promised. Today
is. So make ‘someday’ today. Because life is not promised to be
perfect; but make the best of it as you can.
