I think all everyone needs is a good adventure.

 

the summer's always lovely

but the winters always hurt.

A man named Ernest Hemingway once claimed
he could write a great story in six words or less.
He came up with this:

"For Sale: baby shoes, never used."

you told me that i would find a home
within the fragile substance of my soul
and i have filled with void with things unreal
and all while my character it steals

places i'd like to kiss you

the beach
in a tent
on a swing set
at a roller rink
in the snow
a hammock
a bookstore
at the carnival
on the couch
underneath the night sky
in a green field
in the middle of nowhere
in the rain
on top of a tall building
a deserted house
in a forest
underneath the northern lights
the drive-in movies
a coffee shop
on the lake
in the sun
an old record store
in a tree house
on a ferris wheel
underwater
on a boardwalk

Old habits die hard
when you've got a
sentimental heart


 

 

i think that the whole point of being with someone
is so you can talk to them and let go of everything.
and even when you're at your worst, they still like
you, they still want to speak to you and care about
you.

I've always been mad and
I know I've been mad,
like the most of us are.
It's very hard to explain
why you're mad,
even if you're not mad.
