Why would you lie about having cancer?
Cancer affects millions of peoples lives.
my brothers got cancer. 27 years of age
and has a mind of a 5 year old.
Cancer isn't there one minute and gone the next,
like you said. I wish it was, I really do.

well a boy at my school did just that
He told a girl that he had cancer and it spread to his heart.
he said it just vanished the next day.
She cried over him daily
she loved him
but he never had cancer.
Sick huh?

I'm 15 years of age
I have overcome liars and cheats
heartbreak and 'love'
I have overcome rumors and fake friends
exams and fall outs
I have been through the loss of a loved one
that i know is never coming back
I'm still battling self harm.

People say my life has been easy,
but really, they know nothing,.
