Hey there and welcome to my crazy little world...
My name is Emma and my age is whatever you think/want it to be.
I love animals and horses and riding and horses and food and horses and did I mention horses?
I have a thing called emetophobia (search it up). And I just want to say to anyone out there who has it and is struggling through it that it does get better. I had it worst when I was about ten. It got so bad I didn't even want to cross the road from my street. I went to therapists and psychiatrists which were no help and, if anything, made it worse. I wouldn't travel, wouldn't do anything new, wouldn't see friends. And it does take a long time to get through. And it is horrible, I get that. But, as long as you have the right mindset, you can control it and, eventually, overcome it. I'm still not fully over it. I still get panic attacks. But I can control it now. And I don't let it stop me doing anything I want to do.
So, if you have emetophobia, it does get better. It may take ages and it may be extremely hard but it will happen.
And, if I could go back into my childhood and change anything it would be to worry less and not let emetophobia stop me from doing things and running.my.life.
I love to chat and everything. But I can be extrememly weird (and deep) at times.
