Over the past few
months.. Since February, my friend and this guy were always
flirting. Holding hands, even sometimes they'd kiss.
He'd always pick her up and stuff. But sometimes he was
a jerk to us friends of her. Sometimes she'd cry for
him.. And we couldn't get it through her head that he
was a jerk and not worth the tears. I guess you could say
she was too stubborn to admit it. But, we just
let it go.
This morning she sent me a text saying she was
balling her eyes out. And from what? A text. From the boy
she'd flirt with. The text said "Stop liking
me, we are too different i'm sorry but it WONT
happen" Now i'm seriously,

When boys had

love were Barney&Friends and the Rugrats, not Jersey Shore
and 16 And Pregnant. When the biggest drama in our lives
was when someone stole our crayons. I miss the old
Disney movies. The Lion King. Cinderella.

phones, laptops and iPods. I miss when everything was
settled with 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' and 'Eeny,
meeny, miny, mo'. I miss playing Hopscotch and
clapping games with my friends. When PlayDough was the
coolest thing ever. The original Pokémon with
Ash, Misty and Brock. The old Yu-Gi-Oh.

listening". When everyone wore light-up
sneakers. When we had video tapes, not DVDs.
When it was actually worth getting up early on a Saturday
morning, just to watch cartoons. When the coolest toy we
had was a yo-yo.
Yeah, I miss those days.
But it's the 21st century now, and the world has moved
on.

My name is Savannah. Im 16 and I have bone cancer. I was diagnosed 6 months ago, and have been in treatment for 4 months. Im becoming weak, and losing my hair.
