hey :) i'm really sorry :( since it is your best friend you are talking about you could just sit with her and bring it up not in a mean way but just tell her how it makes you feel kinda bad. Also just keep your distance when they are together because you don't want to be mean to your best friend and push her to pick between you guys so keeping your distance will help you with the sadness and jealousy towards their relationship.

I started when i was 11. To be honest i think you should start shaving before next year starts because if you want to wear skirts and shorts sometimes it can make you insecure when other girls have shaved legs or if someone comments on it and in middle school i guarantee some body will. After you shave for the first time you will be so happy with your legs even if you don't feel comfortable now you will get used to it. Just don't zig zag when your shaving and move slowly so you don't cut yourself.

Well fist of all instead of playing him i would start soemthing with another guy and then when you know u have a new guy leave the player and the next day make it clear you have a new and better guy and show him what he is missing that's not right to cheat and he is obviously dumb.

hey :) you could just be having mood swings which is very common in teenager girls because with you in middle school and there is more stress and with sports and school you start to develop more and have period like symptoms but your period could be up to a year away. Just make sure you have pads in your house in case it does come and when it does don't hide it from your mom. Hey just ignore him even if it's hard because he is just trying to you off. he was calm at first and then he realized he can take advantage of you so he thinks he can be mean without you doing anything so just act like you don't care even if it's hard and maybe think about do you really want to like someone who is like that and would take advantage of you. Maybe it's his friends to they always have a impact on each other.

the pool would be a good idea :) because then it will be easy to flirt and have a good time together. You could also maybe go to that fair.
