Try eating things that are good on the stomach and are easy to eat. Like right now I am eating yogurt, it's quite hard not to swallow it lol. Just try different things you know you love to eat, and work towards a goal. It usually helps to stay as positive as you can.

Well I don't know... I never liked the way I look, but I never did anything about it. I mean, when I'm hungry, I eat until I am not hungry anymore. It all changed last week: I just can't eat anymore! I just can't! I don't know if it is an eating disorder or something else, but I am scared... like a lot :/

Well what you need to do is try and eat when you know you are hungry, or maybe a better idea is to set a schedule for when and what you eat. Record what was eatin throughout the day and keep track of everything. That way you know you have eatin and you aren't over eating. Limit yourself but make sure you stay healthy. Don't freak out either, I'm here for you and I'm sure a lot of other people are.
