OMG. Your just like me. I'm quiet because I'm afraid of people judging me. And it isn't that you can't take jokes because my friends used to do stuff like that too. And other stuff which would make me feel sad but they do that I wouldn't have the guts to stand up to them and tell them to stop and even if I did they would say it's a joke and carry on. If you have any other friends hang out with them instead or just confront your friends and tell them that you don't feel comfortable with the what they say and if they say something like "Oh it's just a joke. get over it" Then just reply "I know it's a joke but if you guys were really my friends you'd stop." and see what they say. Because if they're true friends they'd stop doing something if it was hurting you.
