Status: I haven't been on lately because I have been CRAZY busy! Had my first cheer competition today:) PUREADRENALINE. Got 1st place in the nation. woohoo! Pretty much every morning: I am realllllly tired right now. Still gonna get up in the morning at 5 to workout. Remember to stay consistent with your workouts and it will pay off. For Example... "It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for friends and family, and it takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world. KEEP GOING.
"Suck it up and one day you won't have to suck it in."

I listen to all kinds of music including country, hip hop, indie, rock, pop,a lil bit of rap, and just about anything!:) Music really motivates me to get up and workout in the mornings when I am exhausted! It is worth it though!!!! I listen to either 93.7 or the workout station, "Cheer mix", or "drop-a-beat workout". Always remember, NO ONE ever says, "Ugh, I regret that workout.:)

WEEK OF WORKOUTS:
SUNDAY- 5 pushups, 30 second wall sit, 30 second plank, 10 minute jog

MONDAY- 7 pushups, 20 bicycle crunches, 30 squats with weights in your hand
TUESDAY- 20 lunges each leg(40), 20 v-ups, 30 minute walk
WEDNESDAY- 10 pushups, 20 lateral raises, 30 minute walk, 45 second plank
THURSDAY- 15 minute jog, 25 russian twists, 40 bicycle crunches, 60 second wall sits
FRIDAY- 20 hip raises, 20 reverse crunches, 30 minute walk, 40 squats with weights in each hand
SATURDAY- 25 v-ups, 30 donkey kicks( each leg), 60 second plank, 250 jumping jacks
 
 


Daily Intake 11/4/12

Breakfast: 1 organic strawberry poptart with 1/2 cup of oats that has 1 banana sliced and melted peanut butter on top.
Snack: Oakiu Greek Yogurt with blueberry on bottom with multi-grain cheerios on top
Lunch: leftover tomato soup, grilled cheese and 4 sliced strawberries
Snack: 1 apple sliced with peanut butter and 2 cookies
Dinner: chili with peanut butter on 1 whole wheat tortilla and grapes on the side.

- I had cheer practice from 4:30 to 8 and had no time to eat... So that is why i ate those two cookies from this girl's birthday at the end of practice. No regrets! Those cookies were gooood.
