I live in a small town of nothingness with excuses of people. Sounds mean; but they're the mean ones. I get bullied sometimes, but other times I have a good life. No one really know what I go through to get to the way I am, which takes a lot to please the entire city I live in, plus like 3 more. I guess it's all worth it cause everyone thinks I'm kinda popular, but I don't see it. I have quite a few closer friends but sometimes I feel like I'm just a tag along compared to them. But hey, it's whatever.

VENTING; Boy problems, anyone wanna help me out?
Hi, soo theres this boy (Todd, not his real name.) who I've been talking to for the past 6 months. & we really hit it off on the 4th of July & have been seriously talking since. My friend asked him and he told her that he's going to ask me out on Tuesday. Two days away. A week ago I would have said yes in a heart beat. But last Monday I met someone new (Matt, not his real name.) We hung out for the first time & I had no intrest in him when we first met. But as the day went on, I slowly forgot about Todd, and started to get feelings for Matt. We were hanging out with my two other girl friends and by the end of the night he kissed me. We hung out again the next day and I started to like him even more. I felt safe with him, like I could be myself. I haven't felt that way in over two years. But on Thursday I had a double date with Todd and our two friends. I realllyy thought I liked Todd, but honestly, it's like I have to watch how I act or what I say when I'm around him, like I can't be myself and let loose. But when I'm with Matt it feels like I can be whoever I want. But at the same time, Todd is a much better guy, and sometimes I think Matt is only using me. And, everyone approves of Todd.. But no one thinks I should be with Matt.

I don't know what to do/think, and who to pick.

Kristina's POV

I didn't exactly feel right about this whole plan, but my new friends were way more interesting than Allie. She was such a bore and always brought down my mood, so I tried not to care.
"Hi dad," I greeted my middle aged father when I walked in the door. "Hey sweetie, good first day?" I nodded. "Your mothers gonna pick you up at seven unless you want to stay here again." I thought for a moment. "Um, can I get back to you on that?" He nodded."Sure thing hun."
I decided to take Beans for a walk. Beans was my dads small, black Pug. "Come on Beans." I said tugging on his leash.
"Kris?! No way!" I spun around to see who was calling me, but I didn't see anyone. "Up here silly!" I looked up to find Hailey's head sticking out a window from the second floor. "Hey Hal!" I shouted waving back. "Gimme a sec!" She hollered back. Two seconds later she appeared at her front door. She walk down to me giving me a hug and petting Beans on the head. "Cute dog! So you live around here?!" She eagerly asked. I nodded pointing down the street. "My dad lives down there, but my mom lives two towns over."
"Oh cool! I live here, obviously. So you got any plans? We should so hang out!" I nodded. "Yeah let me just go change into shorts, its hotter than I thought, I'll be back in five kay?" She agreed and I trudged back to my dads house. When I finished getting ready I headed back over to Hal's. We decided to go to the park and see who was there. "So!" Hal announced in a weird tone. "What?" I questioned. "Seen any cuties you like at school yet?" She winked. "Um, not really." She rolled her eyes. "Fine, but I think your lying!" I really wasn't, I didn't even think much about boys today. "Am not!" She shrugged it off just as a dirty blonde and blue eyed boy walk over. "Hey Hailey, and..?" He said looking at me. "Kristina, but you can call my Kris. "Okay, Hailey and Kris. There's a party down the street at five, tell your friends." Hailey rolled her eyes at him. "We'll be there."
"Cool, see ya. Bye Kris." He walked off and I could have swore he winked at me, but probably not. "Kris! He totally just winked at you! He's so into you!" I gave her a quick smile. "Sure Hal, whatever you say." She pulled out her phone, texting the girls of course. "Come on, you and me can get ready at my house!" She pulled my arm running in the direction of her house.
*I just reread this, and this chapter is like SUPER boring. Oh well. PARTY NEXT CHAPTER!;)Anyone still reading?:((

Kristina dragged me into her pink and girly bedroom.
"What are we gonna do first?" I happily questioned. she just looked me up and down.
"Nothin'," she simply said. "What? I thought you were going to make me more like you!" She explained her idea to me, I thought it was stupid. I didn't wanna stay the same. "What do you mean I'm gonna stay the same?!" I screamed at her. She rolled her eyes and walked over to a huge stack of magazines. She pulled one out that had Taylor Swift on the cover.
"What's that-"
"Shh!" She cut in, flipping through the colorful pages until a smile spread across her face. "Here!" She jumped onto her king sized bed and pointed to one of the pages. "It says here, 'the only way to get a boy; is to be yourself!' So your staying the same!" Now it was my turn to roll my eyes.
"Kris, I'm not listening to a dumb magazine."
"Yes you are!" She argued. "No! Well... Ugh fine. But give me some advice or something." She told me everything her knew about boys. I listened closely, making mental notes in my head. I glanced at the clock when she finished, realizing how early it still was, I mentioned the time to Kris. She offered to go hang down by the beach until dinner. i agreed and we threw on our bathing suits. Luckily, Kris had a beach house. So all we had to do was hop over her small white fence and we were on the beach.
"Hey you should invite Kyle and Jason over here." Her eyes widened and she smiled big. "Oh my god! You so like Jason!" She squealed. "What? No! I didn't even talk to him!" She walked over to the water and stuck her feet in, I followed. "Well, you at least think he's cute." I tired to argue with her, but I knew she was right. She quickly dialed Kyle's number and invited them.
*Borring stiilll! Starting to get into it a little more. I lied a little about the makeover.. Oh well;p
