Okay.
I'd like to make something clear.
When a person uses the word "retarded"... 99% of the time, they aren't even thinking of actual mentally challenged individuals. Yes, I understand how it can be offensive to you overly politically correct Americans, but before you all attack me for taking that quote too seriously, you know, maybe you should reconsider your ways. Yes, I shouldn't have said "disrespectful", maybe I could have used a different term, but I would hope that most of the people living in English-speaking countries would have by now learned that "retarded" as an insult no longer really refers to mentally challenged people, but has become a general insult. Yes, it has a negative connotation for those people, but by no means did I mean to insult them too. So... yes, it might have been uncalled for, but people shouldn't tell ME not to take things seriously if they're going to completely me out for using a term that for some unknown reason, people just can't handle.

if you put warm water on it for a while, then rub it with cold water it reduces to marks sometimes, &no problem!

it depends how deep it was cut. if it was very deep i'm gonna say it takes like about a few months..
