Allow me to begin by saying that I immensely enjoy "Touch". It is an excellent piece of literature.

I realize this was very late, but your technique requires some work. When Jonah says "I don't want to lose you. Will you forgive me?" up above, that is too soon in any relationship tos ay something like that. How much time has passed, like, 2 days? Too soon to say that to someone in any realistic relationship.

The way you cover time lapses requires a bit of work too. something like a new paragraph every time lapse would be very helpful in following the story.

Also, please use a thesaurus to find other words for "screamed." You tend to overuse it. Try "shrieked", "shouted", "yelled", "cried out in pain", etc.
