I never pout milk on my cereal, I do them seperatily, that way, the cereal stays perfectly crunchy, and if I want milk, I just take a sip from my cup.

Based on truth, or pure fiction? I'd like a notification anyway, the darkness in it intrigues me.

I'd suggest light food, small amounts, and drink water, tiny sips at a time, but a lot in total.
And not tend to eat, how far do you go in that?
do you skip one or 2 meals, or stop eating for a whole day?

My friend had something like that, she went to a doctor and got tablets and vitamins for it, they said it could have been because of stress or something (her parents are arguing all the time). Please go see someone if u think it cud be a similar thing because she got really bad and because she never ate she had no energy and got really depressed, i dont want anyone to go thru wot my friend did. Hope this helps and im always here if u need to talk. xxx
