Hello, My name is Shania and I love my Friends and Family. If the weren't here I don't think I would make it thourgh life. Um, My favorite sports are volleyball and Track. (P.S. I like running long distance like the mile and 800 m) :) The only reason I like school is to hangout with my friends. My birthday is May 19th yeeehhawww. I have one brother we live in Iowa, but some how he has a southern accent and if I talk to him a long time I start to talk with a southren accent to. Yep, if I didn't have my brother Zach I don't know what I would do sometimes. As my best friends I can't live with out them lov you. Well thats all I can think of right know.:)

The butterfly project:

The butterfly project was something created to help and encourage self-harmers to stop cutting.


RULES:

1. When you feel like you want to cut, take a marker, pen, or sharpies and draw
a butterfly on your arm or hand.

2. Name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better.

3. You must let the butterfly fade naturally. NO scrubbing it off.

4. If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you’ve killed it. If you dont cut, it lives.

5. If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills all of them.

6. Another person may draw them on you. These butterflies are extra special.
Take good care of them.

7. Even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support. If you do this, name it after someone you know that cuts or is suffering right now, and tell them. It could help. Try get this to the top
