My Poem;
*inspired by a book*
It's my very first day,
in this pitiful place.
With nobody to talk too,
not a footstep to trace.
My old school is gone,
they fell into a hole,
into forever & beyond.
Im making new friends,
But that's not the same.
The people i had,
that i memorized their names.
I miss you so much,
theres no doubt.
But these new things and people,
have alot for me to learn about.
When i walked into this snowy place,
I thought nothing else could go wrong.
just the day just kept dragging; it was so long.
With my shyness, i can't be tamed.
My secret person inside of me is about
to burst into flames. I have no room,
it's like i have no air. Just a room
filled with people who don't seem to care.
So heres to this new life,
to my old one i'll miss.
But this old life of mine,
i'll just give it a kiss.
Good-bye, i'll miss you.
This new school isn't that bad,
i just have to get over the fact that im
not going to be bad. Just remake
my life, and plop it here.
No time to look back in the mirror.
So heres to now, not to what was,
I'm moving on with my life....
just... because.
