it looks like you have a layout, looks great :]
as for the counter, just go to www.lovemyprofile.com, and for me, it says profile counter right there. click on "get your own profile view counter," pick which one you want and click create counter. after, copy the "code for myspace," go to settings and click source when you're on the edit profile page. then copy it and save! lemme know if it doesn't work :]
