It's a layout. I got it from layouts4u.tumblr.com. Go there, pick the layout you want for your profile, & click ''code'' beneath the desired layout. Then, copy the entire code that comes up, and in another tab, log into your Witty account. Go onto the profile editor (I see you've already figured out how to get there), and paste the code. Then just hit save. I hope that made sense! Let me know if you need any further explanation. And welcome to Witty! (:

Additional note: when you go onto the profile editor, make sure you click source, THEN paste the code.
