1. Eat healthy and cut down on all Junk food, so no take out
2,Do plenty of excersize! everyday! things that get your heart rate up like running, swimming and gym and also things that cool you donw, like stretched, sit ups, push ups and ab exsersizes.
3. It takes time and determination, you if you really want to loose weight, then you wounlt be worrying about how long it takes, I have been doing it for 4 months
4. The main thing is to maintain! so straving and throwing up will not be good for the longterm! it will only make you gain more and will damage your insides!
