You know when you've tried to study for a practise exam but when you get the results back you just feel ashamed?
That's just happened to me today.
I don't know if I should be feeling this down concidering the weekend I've had and the amount of study time that was taken from me...
I can't go into the details.
But I can't say that to my teacher or they'd take it as a excuse.
Any ideas of how to make myself feel better?

I'd really appreciate the advice :(
