I really think you need to distract yourself. Quite often, there's something you can do to help yourself, but deep down you'd rather just stay sad, because its easier. The hardest option is to force yourself out of this, but you won't regret it. Try to distract yourself, throw yourself into studying or some new activity, make a timetable for every minute of the day and stick to it, so there's no time to feel down.

Don't start drinking, alcohol is a depressent and will only increase your depression and its pretty addictive. Oh and don't stress too much about Aubree, obviusly this isn't a good time for either and if she feels she needs a bit of time by herself or whatever, thats probably best. I really wish you could stop blaming yourself but I guess its pretty impossible since this has been such a big part of your life. Talk to me whenever you feel down or need to talk okay?

Well in your picture, your teeth look white and straight. You look really pretty. I could sit here and say that I'm fat, my hair is like hagrids, i have red blotches of exzema, i have braces, a blood blister on my toe and a shiny face, but that won't help anyone. Ok, let me start.. I've lost weight, I have a unique style of clothes which my friends have mentioned, I got a good haircut so my hair is somewhat tamer and I am a rather nice if not awkward person.
