I went through this exact same thing there isn't really anything you can do except try your best to ignore him. It's going to be hard at first and even after a while you are going to think about him. Like it's been a year and I still think about what we had together but I have to stay strong and unless he is true ,when he comes back you need to stay strong. Remember stay strong and stand up for yourself!
