Don't you hate when a big dance is coming up and everyone starts talking about who they're going with? 

Then you decide to go too.

And wish you could find a date or at least a guy that would take you as a friend? 

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Sometimes it sucks to be single. 

It's like a wreck at sea. 

Some drift away.

Some are just outside of reach but seem to be leaving. 

Some disappear under the waves.

Some cling to the wreckage with me. 

Some are swimming toward the wreck and taking our hands.

Friendship is like a wreck at sea. 

I'm thinking a lot of my friends are lost at sea.
