Sorry for taking up a quote on witty but I just really need to admit it to myself. This is the best way I can think of.
Okay, so life isn't looking that great right now. I don't get much sleep, I'm not doing as well as I would like in a lot of areas in my life and maybe worst of all, I'm left to my own thoughts a lot. And that is when I just repeat things over and over in my head and it makes it all worse.
Yesterday and today, I felt like cutting. I've never done it before but I just felt like as if that if I did it, that everything inside of me would just flow out at the same time. I didn't though. I chickened out. I just want life to go back the way it was - back when I was an innocent kid. Now I just hide behind a mask. I know, so many people are saying that and feeling that, but this is really just a quote to myself.
How can I get these thoughts out of my head? How can I just be happy?
