start training run alittle bit each day and eventually start running longer distances closer to thirteen miles and once you comfortable running everyday for long amounts of time try to run six or more every day on an easy day do for drink a lot of water stretch before and after you run and maybe do some core after you run like crunches sit ups pushes planks and side planks know your pace and what you can handle think positive while running and don't give up when i did the water stop by my school for a marathon she was so happy she wasnt they last runner because there was someone be hide her but the last person dropped out and then she dropped out before 18 miles so if you get to 10 or something dont give up cause you already made it that far and have fun with it don't take the gu they give out at the water stops its pretty nasty and Good luck and good job for doing it
