This is going to be long so i apologize now. So i don't know where to start. So I have scolosis(Which is where my spine curves) and so I had to have a back brace and wearing the back brace really weaken my abs and my back muscles and now I have it where my back freezes... its like having a charley horse throughout your entire back so its hard for me to do alot. When i first got my brace off as a freshmen(i am now in 11th grade) I wanted to do track. So i joined the new winter running program. I loved it, i loved running, i loved being in shape, i loved being with my best friend. Well my back got worse over that summer and I wasn't able to do it last year, or track. So i went to my doctor a month ago and I have to start physical therapy soon. I want to work out still though and I wanted to do running group. But the coach that used to be in charge of it changed. And she acts like i fake it with my back. So I really wanted to do running group and so I went to go talk to the coach because I used to be able to talk to her about anything. Well I tried to talk to her about it and she freaked out and was telling me that she thinks my back is serious and how I need to just push through and i need to suck it up and all this other stuff so I left that conversation crying. My problem is I still really want to do running group. I want to do it so i can get in shape, and be with my best friend. I don't though because of the coaches, the people that are going out this year, and how much its changed. i don't know if i should give it a chance and see or what I should do. I'm really really torn.

i know ally ive known for a really long time but you dont make it obvious believe me. if i was normal and couldnt tell about anyone then i would be clueless stay strong honey and remember if you feel unloved and i dont care if its in the middle of the night call me ill keep the phone by my bed so you dont feel alone
