Anxiety attacks are a very scary thing to experience.
It feels like your heart is gonna burst out of your chest and you
can't do anything to stop it.
It's especially terrifying the very first time you have one,
because you don't know what's going on with you or how to
make it better.
But you know what makes them even scarier?
When you have one after not having one for a long time.
You've almost basically forgotten what it feels like to have
one, but then something triggers it again.
And then it's just as terrifying and horrible as the first
one you ever had...
