That girl complimenting herself? Oh yeah, she isn't conceited. She just doesn't have anyone there for her. She barely has herself.
The boy dressed in sweats, the CORRECT way you wear pants, in case you guys forgot, mid-waist, not knees? and a polo shirt? What do you think is wrong with him? Where's his loose shirt, or shinny jeans? Why isn't he sagging? He isn't "weird" or "out of style." Society just hasn't ruined him. 
The girl that never talks? She's afraid that if she opens her mouth, and actually speak, no one would like what she says, or in general, HER.
Do you see what it's doing to you? Society? It's pushed you into looking your best. Getting out of your comfort zone to impress other people. It's lured you in.
